The focus of most of my thoughts, my favorite way to express my love, and a connector between me and my Mexican heritage.
I have been plant-based for over ten years and my culinary training and experience is enthusiastically plant-based. As a chef, I dream to provide people access to a delicious and healing medium served through scratch-made, whole-food meals. My passion, education, and experience have given me developed skills in various cultural cuisines, with an emphasis on Mexican/ Oaxacan cuisine and pastry.
